Software purchased via digital download, digital gift cards, online training, safety work method statements, and services do not incur delivery fees.
Hardwares & Packages
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
1. Delivery Notifications
You will receive an email at the address you have specified when your order has been despatched – this email contains the tracking number (if applicable) so you can track it online right to your door. You can also choose to have a delivery confirmation sent to your mobile phone via text message.
2. Delivery timescales
The delivery time scale is specified on the product page to indicate when you will receive your order. If placed before 4 pm, subject to passing necessary checks, your order will be shipped the same day to be received the following day (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays). Next day delivery applies automatically for free to all UK orders over $50. If the order is under $50, a next day delivery option can be selected in the checkout. Orders received just after 4pm are also often despatched the same day although this is not guaranteed.
Orders shipped on Friday by 4pm will be delivered the next day.
Orders over $50 placed before 1pm on Sunday will be delivered on Monday. Orders under $50 can be upgraded to Monday delivery for $2 extra.
JVM Tech and JVM Tech do not currently open on bank and public holidays. Orders received on these days will be despatched the next working day with the delivery timescales as above.
Due to the nature of the watches and jewellery which JVM Tech and JVM Tech sell, JVM Tech and JVM Tech operate a strict fraud screening process and therefore JVM Tech and JVM Tech are only able to offer this next-day service if the order is validated by our network easily. (e.g. it is being delivered to the billing address registered to the card, or it is being delivered to a known company, or you have used your card before and have no bad history). In almost all cases, this is a straight forward process and can be completed immediately.
If this is not the case (e.g. you specify an alternative residential address as the delivery location which resides in another county to the billing address) there may be a delay of a few hours while JVM Tech and JVM Tech perform the appropriate checks. If JVM Tech and JVM Tech are unable to validate your order, you will receive an email to inform you of this and what the next steps are.
In the event of a delay, JVM Tech and JVM Tech will contact you either by email or telephone to inform you of this.
While 99% of UK locations are valid for next day delivery, there are a few remote locations which are not covered by the next day delivery service. You can view these locations here.
2.1 International deliveries
The delivery estimate on the product page does not necessarily apply for international deliveries. International shipping is calculated in the checkout and is free to most countries. The delivery timescale is shown on the final page of the checkout. This is generally between 2 – 10 working days. Orders outside of the EU may have a delivery charge which is calculated in the checkout process after you select your country.
Orders over $ 120 will be shipped via DHL Express, which is a next day delivery service to most countries. Orders under $ 120 can be upgraded to Express for $5, otherwise they will be shipped via DHL Global Mail. Global Mail deliveries take 3-5 working days within Europe, and 2-10 working days for the rest of the world.

Please refer to clause 6.10 of the Terms and Conditions regarding deliveries to locations in EU Members States other than the United Kingdom.
3. Postage method
All orders over and equal to $50 qualify for free Express Delivery, which is usually Royal Mail Track 24. This means your item will be delivered the day after dispatch.
Optionally, you can choose to have your ordered delivered before 9 am the following working day for an additional charge of $6.
For orders under $50, you are given free Standard Delivery, which means delivery is usually on the day following despatch, but in rare circumstances can be take a few days. You also have the option in the checkout process to select Express Delivery for $2 extra, or 9 am delivery for $6 extra.
For same day delivery, orders must be placed before 2pm SUNDAY-FRIDAY, this service is unavailable on a SATURDAY. Deliveries will be made between 6pm – 10pm. Please use our postcode checker to see if you are eligible. If the order is unable to be delivered, a card will be posted through the door and we will try again the next day.
For deliveries to address in EU Member States other than UK (where delivery service is provided by JVM Tech), JVM Tech will make a charge to you for its delivery services. This payment will be collected by JVM Tech and remitted to JVM Tech on your behalf. In reflection of the fact that JVM Tech is making a separate charge to you provision of delivery services, JVM Tech will discount the selling price of your purchase by an amount corresponding to the price charged by JVM Tech for the free (Royal Mail) delivery service option.
4. Missed deliveries
If you are not in to receive the delivery at the time the delivery is attempted, the delivery company will leave you a card to notify you of the missed delivery attempt. This will allow you to either telephone them to arrange a redelivery at a more convenient time or collect it from your local sorting office. Due to security reasons, all items sent by our ‘Express’ delivery method require a signature.
If for any reason the item is returned to us (e.g. incorrect address specified, item not called for), then JVM Tech and JVM Tech will inform you immediately by email as soon as JVM Tech and JVM Tech receive the item. From this point forth, you will be given a choice whether you wish us to redespatch the item or for you to cancel the order. Please note that for items that were undelivered through fault of the consumer and a refund is requested, JVM Tech and JVM Tech reserve the right to deduct our outwardly shipping fees from the refund total.
5. Late deliveries or despatch
Although JVM Tech and JVM Tech are able to ship almost every order in the specified delivery timescale, in rare circumstances our shipping capacity can be exceeded and cause a delay of one extra day. JVM Tech and JVM Tech regret that this situation can occur occasionally, and is an unfortunate situation which is naturally associated with buying online, however this only occurs in rare situations and, should this occur, your order is marked for urgent delivery the following day.
The other circumstance which may cause a delay is when the delivery service itself has a problem. This, again, is a rare situation but is unfortunately beyond our control. In these situations, JVM Tech and JVM Tech will do our very best to take responsibility for the situation and ensure that your order is delivered as quickly as possible.
5.1 Consequential loss for late deliveries
If a delivery is late, e.g. the postal service fails to deliver within the guaranteed timescale, then JVM Tech and JVM Tech will provide a refund of any delivery charges that were charged to you. If the delivery was free, JVM Tech and JVM Tech do not provide financial compensation to cover consequential losses, e.g. Time taken off work to receive deliveries, or the item is intended as a gift, and you purchase the same item from a more expensive retailer.
6. Delivery to business addresses
JVM Tech and JVM Tech allow delivery to alternate delivery addresses including business addresses and places of work. If you do specify a business address for delivery, please ensure that there will be someone available during normal working hours e.g. at reception who can sign for delivery on your behalf as Royal Mail deliver to the address and not necessarily to the named person.
